Congrats to Chester Valley on winning the Senior Baseball District Championship tonight over Lower Merion. They will now move on to the Section 8 Tournament at D21 Falls LL from June 29 - July 2.​

This week, we completed our first D27 Special Games Tournament for Softball. The new Special Games Invitational is the Softball Majors Championship. This is the softball equivalent of the Bob Jones Tournament that we have for Baseball. It is a single elimination tournament of regular season Majors Division Softball teams from various D27 leagues.
The Championship Game was held tonight at Lower Perk Palmer Park with the host LP-Gators beating the PGP-Nova Wildcats. Congratulations to Lower Perk for winning this inaugural event.
I would like to thank everyone from Chester Valley, Lower Perkiomen, and Pottsgrove-Pottstown for supporting this new event. We will continue to build and support District opportunities for Softball.
PENNSYLVANIA DISTRICT 27, LITTLE LEAGUE
PA District 27 provides leadership and guidance to locally chartered Little Leagues of baseball and softball in our District during their regular season of play.

The District also offers opportunities for all-star tournament play in a variety of age groups.
Little League Baseball and Softball
Little League Baseball and Softball continues to be the largest and most recognized youth sports program in the world. It is estimated that 35 million people have played in or volunteered for a local Little League program since its inception.

To this day, the basic goal remains the same as it was in 1939: give all children of the world a game that provides the fundamental principles of good sportsmanship, fair play and teamwork.
